Edge grain boards are made with the sides of the piece of lumber and are cut with the grain's edge. These types of cuts reveal the wood's natural beauty showing off the grain patterns which makes edge grain visually striking. Edge grains provide durability and are less susceptible to moisture which can lead to staining.
Due to the wood is 100% natural and sourced from different trees, it makes each board one of a kind! As a disclaimer we want you to know that the coloring and the grains of wood boards can vary slightly from displayed item.
We hand craft each Edge Grain Cutting Board, please allow 2-3 weeks after your order is processed for shipment.
Care Instructions
Hand wash your board only with a mild dish soap. Do not soak in water or put it in a dishwasher.
To preserve the life of your board, would recommend at least once a month to use a food safe oil and food safe conditioner. A care and maintenance card will be included with your order!
For added care & maintenance add our Board Wax at a discounted price with your board purchase of an additional $7.00. This will help repel water to protect the wood.

This board butter is perfect for conditioning and upkeeping any cutting board, charcuterie board, wooden utensils, wood trays, or other natural wood items that you have in your household.
Our board butter is made with Organic Beeswax, Vegan Mineral Oil with Vitamin E, and Organic Coconut Oil.
Your wood having a dry appearance is good sign to condition your board or other natural wood items.
Application
Clean and allow your cutting board or wooden item to dry before applying.
Best to use a lint free paper towel or rag. Apply a thin layer to the surface until the entire area is covered. Let it sit overnight so it can soak into the wood. Wipe off any excess the next day.
