Refund policy

Greenleaf Woodworks products are made and crafted with attention to detail and quality. We inspect all products individually throughout the creating process, when each item is finished, and we do a final inspection for quality before each product is shipped.

 

We will provide a 30 day return window if there is a defect in the material or workmanship. All returns must be returned in new condition, no signs of use and the item must be packaged well for the return. Return shipping label and a 20% restocking fee is the customer's responsibility. Greenleaf Woodworks is not responsible for misuse of the product, neglect, or damage from exposure from temperatures & weather. 

All personalized items with laser engraving or wood engravings are non-refundable and returns aren't accepted. 

All custom orders are non-refundable and returns aren't accepted. 

No exchanges are accepted.
